Please note: We require an applicant’s gross monthly income to be 3x the monthly rent. If there are two people applying to be on the lease together we combine the applicant’s incomes.
We require potential tenants to supply us with proof of income when applying for a property. Proof of income may be the items listed below.
THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL. WHEN THERE IS MISSING INFORMATION, WE WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION.
- Two most recent pay stubs
- Court-ordered child support
- Bank statements (only if no pay stubs)
- Official offer letter
Co-applicants or co-signers are also required to submit this proof of income.

Apply with a Paper Application
A paper application is available at our office and requires a $40 payment by cash or money order.

A non-refundable application fee of $35 must be paid with a credit card. Approved rental applications are valid for 90 days.
